Berkeley Stabbing Puts Man In Critical Condition
No suspect has been named, and the incident remains under investigation.
BERKELEY, NJ — Authorities are investigating a stabbing that took place Saturday night in the Manitou Park section of town, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office. The victim is listed in critical condition.
Berkeley police responded to Magnolia Avenue at about 7 p.m. Saturday for a report of a stabbing. Officers found a 50-year-old man with a stab wound on the neck.
Officials took the man to Community Medical Center and then transported him to Robert Wood Johnson Memorial Hospital in New Brunswick.
