Berkeley Township Christmas Tree Pickup Has Begun
Berkeley residents have a few options for getting rid of their Christmas trees.

BERKELEY, NJ — Some might want to leave up their Christmas trees and decorations, but Berkeley Township's Christmas tree pickup began Thursday.
Just remove all ornaments and hooks and then leave the tree at the curb. Due to the size of Berkeley, it may take time to get to all the streets. But the Department of Public Works told Patch there is no deadline for curbside tree pickup.
Residents can also take trees to the recycling center next to the Public Works Garage — across the street from the police station. The recycling center will accept trees from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday.
