Berkeley Township Trick-Or-Treat Curfew

Trick-or-treaters should look to finish up by 10 p.m. or they risk getting into trouble.

BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - While there's no set time for trick-or-treating in Berkeley, there is a curfew that everyone should be aware, according to Berkeley Township Government.

Trick-or-treating should end at 10 p.m. on Halloween in Berkeley Township. Any kids out in costume after that will have to face the police.

The onus falls on the parents and guardians, who need to make sure that all children in their care are back in a private location by 10 p.m.
