This Book Is Looking For Your Favorite Berkeley Spots

BERKELEY, N.J. — Got a favorite spot in Berkeley? Or several? You can get local activities and destinations featured in an upcoming book, "100 Things to Do at the Jersey Shore Before You Die."

Author R.C. Staab is collecting ideas for the book, which is set to come out spring 2020. Staab said he has compiled 90 famous and non-so-famous destinations. But he's looking for ideas around the Shore to round out the list, which includes food and drink, music and entertainment, sports and recreation, culture and history, and shopping and fashion.

Reedy Press has published several similar books in locations such as St. Louis, Texas and Salt Lake City. The publisher specializes in local-interest titles, as well as commemorative works for schools, communities and cultural institutions.

The Jersey Shore book will include listings from Cape May, Atlantic, Ocean and Monmouth Counties. If you have ideas to feature in the book, email Staab at rcstaab@me.com.
