BEACHWOOD, NJ — Officials closed off part of Route 9 in Beachwood Thursday morning because of a crash. The road is closed between Surf Avenue and Route 166.
The road will be closed "until further notice" as officials replace a pole, authorities announced Thursday afternoon.
The Ocean County Sheriff's Office announced the closure at 11:45 a.m. via Nixle.
