How Hurricane Dorian Could Impact Berkeley

BERKELEY, NJ — Forecasts don't call for Hurricane Dorian to severely impact Berkeley, but here's what to expect.

The National Weather Service expects the storm to pass through Berkeley on Friday. Expect gusts up to 33 mph, the National Weather Service says.

There's a low probability that the winds will reach tropical-storm speeds, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

Friday's South Seaside Farmers Market was already cancelled because of expected rain.

The Ocean County Sheriff's Office said people should not enter the ocean this weekend.
