BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - The new owners of Baywick Plaza are looking for businesses that will attract customers to frequent the plaza, according to an article from JerseyShore.com.
Baywick Plaza was bought by Costar, a real estate company, earlier this year, according to an article from JerseyShore.com. The plaza is getting a facelift by means of a new facade and landscaping work.
While there are no new tenants yet, interested businesses can call the leasing office at (908) 668-9600.
