Uh-Oh. Santa's Cancelled Tonight Due To Snow

Tonight's scheduled will be followed on Saturday,

BAYVILLE, NJ - The snowy weather has put an end to Santa's trip around Bayville tonight.

"Well friends, It doesn’t show signs of stopping," according to the fire department's Facebook page. "We'll see everyone tomorrow afternoon and again apologize for the inconvenience."

But Santa will be back Saturday and will follow the schedule intended for Friday night.

Here's what is now the schedule for Saturday.

Crew #1: will start at Anchorage Boulevard and work north towards Veeder Lane behind Shop-Rite. They will head east on Veeder to Amherst Drive. If they have time, they will finish up by Allen Road and Osprey Lane.

Crew #2: will start on the south side of Muller Ave & Radovan and work east on Serpentine Drive to Orsaf Lane and Dolphin Circle. The crew ran out of time on Thursday night and was not able to get to Dolphin Circle and Orsaf Lane.

"The intended area took a little longer than expected and we don't want to get to you too late," according to an Thursday night Facebook post. "You will be our first stops tomorrow."

Crew 2 will head down Route 9 to the west end of Grant Concourse, then continue to Morris and Harley boulevards. If they have enough time, they will finish up at the Lanoka Harbor border, heading towards Harbor Inn Road.

Please keep in mind, you may hear our sirens, but we may not get to your home tonight," the post states. "We promise, the whole town will be covered. Thank you for your patience."

Saturday night will be the last night of the Santa visits.
