The Ocean County Library at Berkeley will be showing slides and videos of the way cranberries used to be harvested in the Pine Barrens.

The Double Trouble Historic Site will be sharing slides and videos of how cranberries used to be harvest in the Pine Barrens at the Berkeley Branch of the Ocean County Library on November 3, according to the Ocean County Library.

The videos shown will detail the way that cranberries used to dry harvested by hand. In addition, the event will go over the ways that modern cranberry farms use water harvesting in a more efficient manner.

The event will be on November 3 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30pm. Those interested in attending can register online at the Ocean County Public Library.
