2 Catalytic Converters Stolen On Davey Street In Bloomfield
A pair of vehicle owners reported that someone stole catalytic converters from their cars, Bloomfield police said.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A pair of vehicle owners reported that someone stole catalytic converters from their cars on Davey Street last week, Bloomfield police said.
The Bloomfield Police Department released the following details about each incident.
- Jan. 7 – “An officer took a report of a catalytic converter theft from a vehicle that was parked on Davey Street. The resident’s pickup truck was parked in a lot near 240 Davey Street. On Jan. 7, he observed the converter was taken from the vehicle. This incident is under investigation.”
- Jan. 8 – “A resident from Davey Street reported a theft of a catalytic converter from her vehicle. The vehicle was parked on Jan. 7 on the 200-block of Davey Street. When she returned on Jan. 8, the vehicle’s catalytic converter was cut from the vehicle. This incident is under investigation.”
