Bloomfield American Little League Registration Starts Friday
Patch's picks for the day in Bloomfield include both of America's favorite past-times: baseball and knitting.
The Bloomfield American Little League holds its registration for spring of 2014 on Friday night from 7 to 9 and Saturday morning from 9 to noon at the Civic Center at 84 Broad St. They will also hold registration next Friday and Saturday at the same times and location.
Registration is now open for the Bloomfield Recreation Department’s Jan. 17 trip to Disney On Ice at the Prudential Center. Check the Rec Dept.’s site for more information.
Bloomfield’s knitting club meets on Friday morning at 11. Organizers say the sessions are not led by teachers but are instead casual groups of friendly crafters.
