BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Will your car be parked in the right place if snow arrives, Bloomfield?
As the North Jersey area buckles down for a potential snowstorm forecast to hit on Wednesday or Thursday, Bloomfield officials issued an alert reminding residents to mind where they park their vehicles... or face the consequences.
The snowstorm is expected to bring 6 to 12 inches of snow, as well as some sleet, rain or ice, forecasters say.

The National Weather Service has issued a ”winter weather warning” for the entire state, except for Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland counties. Those counties have been issued a "winter weather advisory."

The Bloomfield Police Department issued the following advisory via Twitter on Tuesday:
