“Rockstar Racecar is a band of Jersey punker kids led by the multitalented Troy Donohue, 16, on vocals, guitar and songwriting. The Wolverine, 12, brings the beats, backing vocals and occasional songwriter with Violet and Stanton, 16, rocking out on bass and rhythm. With killer originals inspired by the Ramones, the Dead Boys and the Stooges, the band keeps the crowd on their feet at regular area clubs and festivals.”

Hunk Oasis was produced, recorded and mixed by Gerry Griffin at his Temple of Tuneage in Verona. Tracks include the rockers "Assault," "Bloomfield Unlimited" and "Jersey Girl." There's an Ant-music like "Pirates of Seville" and an acoustic ballad, "End of the Road."

Other upcoming shows include WRAT’s Jersey Showcase at Joe’s Surf Shack in Belmar on March 12 and the Meatlocker in Montclair on March 21.
