
Jessica F. Battaglia, an attorney and resident of Bloomfield, joined the Essex County Utilities Authority this month as a Commissioner.
Battaglia, a Claremont Avenue resident, is a partner with the law firm of Jardim, Meisner & Susser, P.C. in Florham Park. Her practice includes complex commercial and construction litigation and real estate matters.
Battaglia is a magna cum laude graduate of Rider University with a degree in Political Science and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall Law School.

The Essex County Utilities Authority was created in 1992 by the Essex County Board of Freeholders to develop and manage the county’s solid waste disposal system and is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners appointed by Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr.
