BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A car crash at a toll plaza on the Garden State Parkway in Essex County blocked a lane on Thursday morning, authorities reported.
As of 9:04 a.m., the crash was blocking a lane on the southbound portion of the Essex Toll Plaza in Bloomfield, according to 511nj.org.
