Ex-Bloomfield United Way Leader Passes Away: Ida Pafundi

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield recently lost a longtime member of its nonprofit community when former United Way Executive Director Ida Pafundi passed away.

The Bloomfield United Way shared the news of Pafundi’s passing on Monday.

“Ida was an amazing lady whose devotion to her work over 45 years helped countless individuals and families here in Bloomfield. She was an amazing lady whose presence and service will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, Ida ... and our prayers and love we extend to her family and friends.”
