Any way that FLASHING RED LIGHTS be placed on Grove St. and Watsessing Ave., also Belmont Ave and Alva St., even with the 4 ways STOP SIGNS on both areas, seen quite a few that either ignore signs, on cells and/or just speed thru signs without stopping or even slowing down. Both areas specially Alva and Belmont are very dark at night and are Accidents Waiting to Happen and god forbid someone gets killed before something gets done. SO PLEASE someone look into this matter before that happens and maybe the life it saves might be yours. Thank You.
