Harvestfest, Theater and Other Weekend Events

This weekend, Bloomfield celebrates Bloomfield Harvestfest. From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, local restaurants and stores will be open on Broad Street between Belleville and Bloomfield Aves. 

Bloomfield's 4th Wall Theatre presents [title of show] on September 27, 28, October 4, 5 at 8 pm and September 29 and October 6 at 3 pm at the Westminster Arts Center in Bloomfield. NJ. There will be an Eco-community fair on the Library Quad from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Find out about recycling, open space, community supported agriculture.

Music at the Mansion returns at the Oakeside Cultural Center on Sunday, with performers including Stephen Hanks, Fran Leonardis and Stearns Matthews.

On Saturday, Jersey City hosts the 2013 NJ Grief Relief 5K. The race, chaired by Bloomfield resident Peter Bickmore, benefits a camp for grieving children. Info here.
