Juniper Communities Certified as Great Place to Work®

Juniper Communities, one of the largest seniors housing providers with 1,260 U.S.-based employees, announces it has been certified a second time as a Great Place to Work®. The September 2020-Setember 2021 recognition from the independent analysts at the Great Place to Work® Institute involves surveys submitted to impartial evaluators. Juniper’s associates highlighted that their workplaces offer an environment where associates are given a great deal of responsibility, and include jobs that have special meaning, make a difference, create a sense of pride, and contribute to the community. Juniper associates noted the strength of the mental and emotional connection they feel toward their jobs and cited their work with residents most often as the reason Juniper Communities is a great place to work.
The certification process considered more than 1,000 employee surveys received from all of
Juniper’s community locations. Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. Rankings are based on all employees’ experiences, regardless of what they do. Great Place to Work® Certification is one of the most prestigious achievements for any organizations across the globe.

What is particularly compelling about Juniper’s results is that the company as a whole as well as 11 individual Juniper community locations achieved certification. Great Place to Work certification is, most of all, recognition of Juniper’s on-going commitment to its associates.
