Schools Closed Thursday, Friday for NJEA Convention

Bloomfield schools are closed on Thursday and Friday for the NJEA convention.

On Thursday, the children’s library hosts a Craft Grab-Bag for children Ages 5 and up from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

 Bloomfield’s New Jersey School of Dramatic arts puts on Peanuts parody play “Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead” twice on Saturday night.

The BHS Varsity football team takes on East Orange Campus High School in an away game at 1 p.m. on Saturday.

Also on Saturday, Bengals track and field compete in the 2013 NJSIAA Cross Country State Championship.
