Soccer Victories, Cheerleading Competition Lead BHS Sports Highlights

The following is courtesy BHS athletics department.

Boys Soccer swept three league opponents; North 13 St. Tech, Golda Och Academy and Newark Tech.

Girls Tennis concluded their season in fine fashion overcoming Science Park and Lacordaire Academy.  

Cross Country had a dominant performance over both Nutley and Cedar Grove.

Football led until the final moments against Nutley, succumbing 19-18.  

Girls Soccer played a very competitive match with Verona under the lights at Foley Field.

Girls Volleyball bested Newark East Side.  

The Annual Cheer for the Cure Cheerleading Showcase will be at BHS on Tuesday Oct. 29 at 6 pm in the main gym. All proceeds are donated to Coaches vs Cancer.
