ALS Walk to be Held at TD Bank Ballpark

The ALS Association Greater New York Chapter is holding its annual fundraiser at TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater.

The event is the Walk to Defeat ALS Fundraiser, and it will be held June 15 at 10:30 a.m.

Aside from the walk, the event will include face painting, live music, refreshments and games.

The walk itself is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Proceeds from the walk will go to the ALS Association Greater New York Chapter, which covers Northern and Central New Jersey, Long Island, Westchester County and the Hudson Valley.

The organization’s mission is to work toward finding a cure for ALS, and it is the only nonprofit health organization dedicated solely to this fight.
