Bridgewater Food Truck, Beer Fest Is Back With Safety Protocols

All vendors and guests must wear masks, sanitizing stations will be set up and food trucks will be spaced out.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The Bridgewater food truck and beer festival at TD Bank Ball Park will return on Sept. 26 with health and safety protocols amid the coronavirus.

"We are back and better than ever," said Howard Rosenblatt, spokesman for Mega Bite Events who is hosting the event.

There will be more than 20 food trucks, live music, beer and wine garden, hatchet tossing, laser tag, inflatable rides and games for kids and baseball-themed fun.

The festival will be following all the health and safety protocols set forth from the state at the time of the event.

"We don't know what they are at this time other than limited to 500 people in the festival at one time (that may expand), all vendors wearing masks, hand sanitizer stations, etc.," Rosenblatt said. "Also all guests must wear a mask or face covering to enter the event."

Trucks and vendor tents will also be spaced out. Lastly, many trucks have moved to online ordering to eliminate many of the long lines waiting to order.

The festival will be held on Saturday, Sept. 26 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at TD Bank Ballpark, 860 E Main St., in Bridgewater.
