Gini was one of the recipients of the $2,500 annual scholarship, and she was honored for her civic-mindedness and commitment, according to the release.
“We take pride in our families and try to help our members in every way we can,” said Greg Lalevee, business manager of Local 825, in the release. “With the high cost of college education, these scholarships and grants are an important part of our programs, and we are thrilled to honor such a deserving young woman in Antonella because of her academic, extra-curricular and community service accomplishments.”
