Democrats Leading In Bridgewater Township Council Election 2025: Unofficial Results

BRIDGEWATER, NJ ? The polls have closed and the results are in for a contested Bridgewater Township Council race.

According to Somerset County's unofficial results, Democrats are leading ahead of Republicans.

Democrats Joan Geiger, Ridwana Isla, and Andrew Bucko are leading over Allen Kurdyla, Filipe Pedroso, and Meghan Moench.

Here are the results for the Bridgewater Township Council (*denotes incumbent). According to Somerset County, 100 percent of districts are reporting. for Bridgewater However, these results remain unofficial until all mail-in and provisional ballots are counted:

Bridgewater Township Council:

• Allen Kurdyla* - Republican - 8,884
• Filipe Pedroso* - Republican - 8,685
• Meghan Moench - Republican - 8,350
• Ridwana Isla - Democrat - 9,559
• Joan Geiger - Democrat - 9,982
• Andrew Bucko - Democrat - 9,831

Currently, the Bridgewater Township Council is made up entirely of Republicans.
