DISTRICT 23, NJ — As of midnight Wednesday, the Associated Press has not shared the unofficial results for both the New Jersey Legislative District 23 Senate and Assembly races in the Primary Election.

Both of the races were uncontested.

Once the results are posted they will be updated below.

The candidates running for New Jersey Legislative District 23 Senator (* mark incumbents):

  • Michael J. Doherty* - Republican - XX
  • Denise T. King - Democrat - XX

All of the winning candidates will now run in the general election on Nov. 2.

The 23rd legislative district includes Bedminster, Bound Brook, Bridgewater, Peapack-Gladstone, Raritan and South Bound Brook in Somerset County along with parts of Hunterdon, and Warren counties.
