The pantry aims to provide free, easily accessible food and essential products to neighbors in need here in Somerset County.

SOMERVILLE, NJ ? A grand reopening of the Somerville Library will be held on Saturday, along with the grand opening of the first S.H.A.R.E. Pantry, a project developed by Leadership Somerset Class of 2025.

S.H.A.R.E. (Supporting Hope, Access, Resources, and Equity) Pantries aim to provide free, easily accessible food and essential products to neighbors in need here in Somerset County, where thousands of families ? including children who rely on free or reduced school meals ? struggle to find access to food during weekends, holidays, and breaks.

"These aren?t distant statistics; they are our neighbors, classmates, and community members," according to Leadership Somerset Class of 2025.
