Fuel Spill Closes 2 Lanes On I-287 In Bridgewater

The two right lanes of four lanes are closed causing a 10-minute delay in Bridgewater on Thursday afternoon.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A fuel spill on I-287 South in Bridgewater is causing lane closures and delays on Thursday afternoon.

The spill is being reported on the southbound side at Exit 13 - NJ 28 in Bridgewater as of 3:10 p.m.

As a result, the two right lanes of four lanes are closed causing a 10-minute delay, according to 511nj.org.

A 10-minute delay is also being reported on the northbound side due to rubbernecking.
