Holiday Weekend Weather Forecast For Somerset County

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ —The countdown is on, Christmas is right around the corner and the weather is looking nice and sunny for the most part.

Take a look at what to expect this weekend through Christmas Day, according to the National Weather Service.

Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 47. West wind 13 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 28. West wind 7 to 11 mph.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 43. West wind around 6 mph.

Sunday Night: A chance of rain and snow showers before 10 p.m., then a chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 31. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Monday, Christmas Eve: Mostly sunny, with a high near 44.

Monday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 27.

Christmas Day: Mostly sunny, with a high near 42.
