SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — Need an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine in Somerset County? As of Friday, March 19, here is the latest list of sites where residents can look for appointments.

The state has updated its public list of COVID-19 vaccination sites across in Somerset County to offer a total of 16 sites. Some are accepting appointments directly, but some are not (see the area/county’s list of vaccine sites below).

Somerset County began giving the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID vaccine to seniors last week. The county has also created a Senior Citizen waiting list to help get them vaccinated.

Residents 65 and older or their caregivers who would like to add the senior citizen's contact information to the waiting list can do so by calling the Somerset County COVID Hotline at 908-231-7155, or by filling out the online form at co.somerset.nj.us/covidQs .

New Jersey has created a county-by-county vaccine hub that reports the number of immunizations across the state.

Health officials said not all sites are publicly listed because some are not open to the public, such as prisons and psychiatric hospitals.
