New Jersey Allows Cocktails To-Go: Here's Where To Get Yours
Gov. Murphy signed legislation to allow hotels, motels, bars, and restaurants to sell and deliver alcoholic beverages and mixed cocktails.
NEW JERSEY — Gov. Phil Murphy signed legislation last Saturday to allow hotels, motels, bars and restaurants to sell and deliver alcoholic beverages and mixed cocktails amid the coronavirus crisis. Here's where to get yours:
Applebees is offering Sangria, Margaritas, Long Island Iced Teas and Bahama Mamas to-go. Guests will need to call their local Applebee’s to order, as cocktails to-go are not available online. This is available at the following Applebee’s locations: Brick, Bridgewater, Butler, Clark, Clifton, Edison, Flemington, Garfield, Hackensack, Hackettstown, Hillsborough, Howell, Jersey City, Kearny, Lacey, Linden, Manahawkin, Manalapan, Manchester, Middletown, Milltown, Mt. Olive, Newark, Newton, North Bergen, Ocean, Paramus, Parsippany, Phillipsburg, Piscataway, Rockaway, Tinton Falls, Totowa, Union and Wall.
The Shannon Rose Irish Pub in Ramsey and Clifton and Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas in Clifton are both offering a variety of cocktail kits and mixed cocktails to-go which include a full bottle of alcohol, along with the applicable mixers and toppings.

Chevys Fresh Mex in Clifton is also offering to-go cocktails such as Margartias.
P.J. Whelihan’s (Haddon Township, Washington Township, Maple Shade, Cherry Hill, and Medford Lake) is offering a variety of to go cocktails including seasonal options like spiked strawberry lemonade, sunset breezes, orange krushes and more. All to go cocktails are $6 and can be ordered along with food, beer, wine and seltzers on their online ordering platform.

The ChopHouse in Gibbsboro is offering favorite cocktails to go including their signature ChopHouse pineapple martini, fresh blood orange margarita, Moscow mule and other mixed drinks. Call 856-566-7300 to order.
Central Taco & Tequila is offering margaritas to go including jalapeño mezcal margaritas ($9.50) along with their food options that are available for pickup at sister restaurant The Pour House in Westmont. Call 856-869-4600 to order.
Yard House is offering cocktails to go, along with 64 oz. growlers, draft beer, wine and spirits.
Bahama Breeze is offering Happy Hour Bundles, beer and wine, At-Home Cocktail Kits and Single-Serve Cocktails To Go (rum and coke; vodka tonic; classic margarita and Pirate Paradise).
The Capital Grille is offering wine, champagne and Stoli Doli cocktails to go.
Seasons 52 is offering a limited list of wine to go, and the following wines and Rosé Lemonade or New Old Fashioned cocktails to go as part of a Flatbread deal.
Murphy's bill also allows craft distillery licensees to sell for consumption.
"New Jersey's restaurant and hospitality industry, like so many other businesses, has suffered tremendous financial losses due to COVID-19," said Murphy. "Allowing business owners with certain licenses and permits to sell beverages directly to consumers is a creative way to alleviate some of their financial uncertainty." Read More: Gov.
