Owner Of Falcone’s Pizza And Catering In Martinsville Dies At 56

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Stacie K. Falcone, 56, of Bridgewater, who owned Falcone’s Pizza and Catering in Martinsville, died on May 28, 2018 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick.

Falcone owned the business with her husband, Orazio.

Born in Plainfield, she grew up in North Plainfield before moving to Bridgewater 35 years ago.

She was a member of the Raritan Valley Choral Society and of the National MS Society.

"Stacie had a vibrant smile, had an infectious laugh and sense of humor, and would light up every room she walked into," according to her Branchburg Funeral Home obituary. "She was an avid reader, loved singing and playing various musical instruments, sketching and drawing, was a big Lenox collector, enjoyed traveling, cooking, opening her home to family and friends for gatherings, and spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren."

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Katherine and Frank Carfaro, and two brothers, Steven and Mark.

Surviving are her beloved husband of 37 years, Orazio Falcone; four loving sons, John and wife Diane of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Frank and Courtney of Leland, North Carolina, Michael Vincent of Bridgewater, and Alexander of Bridgewater; two dear brothers, Christopher and wife Karen Carfaro of Richmond, Vermont, and Andrew Carfaro of Bridgewater; three cherished sisters, Fran Carfaro and husband Alex Goldovich of St. Petersburg, Florida, Valerie Carfaro of Phillipsburg, and Katie and husband Timothy DeLong of Bridgewater; three adored grandchildren, Gianna, Orazio, and Carter; and many adored nieces and nephews.

Funeral was held on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society P.O. Box 4527 New York, NY 10163.
