Polar Cub Opens For The Season
Just in time for the first day of spring, the popular ice cream shop off Route 22 is now open.
WHITE HOUSE STATION, NJ — Polar Cub, the popular ice cream shop off Route 22, is open for the season.
Polar Cub made the announcement on Thursday. The shop is now open noon to 8:45 p.m. daily.
Additionally, Polar Cub said starting this season they are now using paper cups and paper straws. The change is due to Readington Township passing a plastics ordinance that includes a ban on single-use plastic bags, polystyrene foam containers and plastic straws.
