Police Investigate Gunshots Fired In Somerville
Authorities are asking for the public's help after gunshots were reportedly fired early Sunday morning in Somerville.
SOMERVILLE, NJ — Authorities are asking the public for help after gunshots were fired in Somerville early Sunday morning.
At around 2:44 a.m., gunshots were reported in the area of Third Street and Center Street, said Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson.
Somerville Police found damage to a home which was caused by gunshots, said Robertson.

No injuries were reported. Detectives from the Somerville Police Department and the
Somerset County Prosecutor’s Crime Scene Investigation Unit are investigating.
Anyone with information relating to the shots fired investigation is asked to contact the Somerset County Prosecutors Office Major Crimes Unit at 908-231-7100 or the Somerville Police Department at 908-725-0331 or via the STOPit app.
