Raffle To Help Support Pets At Somerset Regional Animal Shelter
The shelter needs donations after spending $14,000 per month in 2025 for medical bills, with $170,000 total projected.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ ? The Friends of Somerset Regional Animal Shelter(FOSRAS) is hosting a cash raffle to help support its pets.
"[FOSRAS] has spent approximately $14,000 for each month of 2025 for medical bills of the shelter. $170,000 total projected," said Friends of Somerset Regional Animal Shelter.
To help recoup some of these expenses and support the nonprofit animal shelter, FOSRAS is hosting a raffle.

Tickets are $5 each or $50 for a book of 10.

PURCHASE TICKETS IN PERSON
- Visit the shelter Saturday and Sunday from noon to 3:30 p.m. and volunteers will sell you tickets, cash please.
The drawing is on Nov. 15. Purchasers do not need to be present.
The Somerset Regional Animal Shelter(SRAS) at 100 Commons Way in Bridgewater is open daily from noon to 3:30 p.m.
SRAS is a nonprofit organization that services pets in the Somerset County area. The shelter is always in need of donations.
