Bezek, 31, of Raritan, was a Bridgewater-Raritan High School graduate who was tragically killed by a Piscataway man this week, authorities said.
Her body was found outside the home of Christopher Koller, 39, on Tuesday morning, authorities said. Koller was charged in the death.
Friends and family have flooded Bezek's Facebook page to share countless photos and memories of a woman with whom they danced, laughed and sang, and who brought joy to their lives.
Here are some of those memories:
"My condolences goes out to my friend Beth Bezek's family and her friends. I'm in total shock as well as everyone else that knows my friend Beth. She was taking from us way to soon and will be truly missed by all. Beth you will always be remembered by your contagious smile, your caring heart and the laughter you brought to all of those around you that love you. I'm proud to call you my best friend and I will miss you so very much. Until we meet again my friend. Your memory will live on forever in our hearts. Love you Beth," wrote Nicole Bertrand.
"In complete shock. From making love.. to egging a holes' cars. Epic dance parties.. Rocking to Rock Band like we were hippie rockstars. All the endless nights we'd stay up together talking about every single thing because we didn't get to see each other as often in our adult years. We would always make up for lost times when ever we did get together. 18 years of friendship. We were supposed to grow old together Bezek. I love you so much. When you lose a best friend there are no words," wrote Christina Hoffecker, a BRHS graduate.
"You were always there for us when we needed you - through thick and thin. We always rebounded after a falling out. I cannot imagine what others are going through at the moment but I do know that we are keeping the fondest most beautiful memories of you . . because it's all you ever were," Brandon Anthony wrote.
"She was a friend, filled with light and contagious laughter. I remember nights we spent at our mutual friend Jill's home in Somerville. We would dance, paint on huge canvases, and stay up talking until the early hours of the morning. She was truly an amazing human being and an even prettier soul. My condolences to her family, may angels lead her home and may justice be served!" said Joelle Giacomo of Somerset.
"If you were here friend, and you were in need, she always helped where she could. One fond memory is the time she stayed at my apartment with me on my birthday, because our electricity had been shut off. She kept me company in the cold and dark while we waited for PSEG. Just a small example of just how much she was there for her friends. Her laugh was the best. All I needed was to hear her laugh to bring up my mood and get me laughing too," wrote Jill Eli ZaBeth-Magnetic.
"In utter and complete shock right now. Beth Bezek we haven't seen each other in awhile but you always held a place in my heart and mind. You could always bring a smile to my face and give a good laugh when one was needed. RIP" wrote Melissa Richard.
"Beth Bezek I can't believe you're gone. You will be missed and I hope justice is served. May you rest in peace my friend," wrote Danielle Flood.
