Rooftop Bar, Restaurant Opens At AC Hotel Bridgewater

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The rooftop bar and restaurant, The Bradford, opens Thursday atop AC Hotel in Bridgewater.

The 7,000 square foot space, located on the hotel’s seventh floor, at 600 Somerset Corporate Blvd. in Bridgewater, boasts both indoor and outdoor seating options, an upscale, sophisticated, modern design with views, and music.

Each space, including The Library, Tap Room, and outdoor bar has its own look and feel, designed to provide guests opportunities to lounge, party, and play. The outdoor area also has fireplace heaters and covered dining areas.

The Bradford’s menu, curated by Chef Jonathan Kavourakis, offers a wide variety of small plates, as well as a handful of entrée options including the shrimp cocktail, mediterranean spiced meatballs, the 14oz prime NY strip, and The Bradford burger.

The bar menu features an expansive collection of premium sprits, craft cocktails, universal wine offerings, and draft beer options. Signature drinks include the Peanut Butter Old Fashioned, Curious Cucumber, and Purple Paradise.

The Bradford sits on top of the 150-room Marriott property that offers an oasis of sleek design, inspired by classic styles of European soul and Spanish roots. Located in Bridgewater, New Jersey, steps away from downtown Somerville, the multi-room, indoor/outdoor rooftop offers a drinking and dining experience like no other in the area. The Bradford's opening days and hours are Wednesday to Sunday from 4 p.m. to close. The kitchen is open until 10 p.m., with a late-night menu available on select evenings.
