Additionally, the Bridgewater Public Works is out plowing and trying to keep ahead of this recent snowstorm.

"These hard-working employees will be out through the day and night, keeping our roads plowed and treated while spending time away from their families to keep our families safe. They are not magicians, so give them time to clear the roadways of snow," said the township.

Residents are reminded not to push snow into the roadway from their businesses or driveways as it can create unsafe conditions for drivers.

Residents are also asked to clear sidewalks, especially those around schools that have children that use them to walk to school when it is open. Uncleaned sidewalks force pedestrians to walk in the street.
