Sticky's Finger Joint Opens Friday In Bridgewater

A grand opening celebration will be held Friday and Saturday includes food specials, face painting and more.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Sticky's Finger Joint, a New York City-based fast casual chicken finger restaurant, is opening to the public Friday, Sept. 20 in Bridgewater with a celebration.

The restaurant, located at 640 Commons Way, Suite 4240 in The Village section of the Bridgewater Commons, is Sticky’s’ second New Jersey venture. A third NJ location in Union Township is planned for the coming months.

To celebrate their Bridgewater Grand Opening, Sticky’s will be hosting some special activities this weekend only:

  • On Friday from 1 to 9 p.m., Sticky’s will serve their staple dish, baskets of their chicken fingers over fries, for $1 (for the first 1,000 customers)
  • On Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sticky’s will be hosting special family activities including face painting and offering free product sampling to visitors

"We are so excited to open our second New Jersey location in Bridgewater. Entering the suburban market is a great opportunity for our brand, and we hope to bring lots of joy to all the passionate chicken finger fans in the area. As a Jersey native, it’s an honor for us to be able to build our business in my home state," Founder and CEO of Sticky’s Finger Joint, Jon Sherman said.

Sticky’s serves chicken fingers, poppers, sandwiches, and salads with all-natural, premium ingredients. They source ingredients locally and use farm-raised, antibiotic-free, hormone-free chicken.
