Strand Salon Studios Coming To Somerset Shopping Center In Bridgewater

BRIDGEWATER, NJ ? Strand Salon Studios is coming to Somerset Shopping Center in Bridgewater to offer customizable high-end room rentals for hair stylists and other independent wellness/beauty professionals.

The luxury 12,000-square-foot space offers superior aesthetics and amenities, according to Levin Management Corporation (LMC) Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty, who arranged the lease on behalf of the landlord. Shane Wierks of Jeffery Realty represented the tenant.

The new location will be occupying the space formerly filled by Annie Sez, and it will be located next to Fortunoff Backyard Store.

Strand Salon Studios currently operates five New Jersey locations ? in Englewood, Long Branch, Pompton Plains/Wayne and two in Paramus ? with additional studios coming soon.

"Beauty, health and wellness concepts are active players in today?s retail landscape," said Fernandez-Kelty. "Within that category, the salon suite business model is growing at a rapid pace. Strand Salon Studios is a great addition to Somerset Shopping Center, one that reinforces the property?s reputation as a destination for best-in-class tenants."

The Somerset Shopping Center is located at the junction of Route 202/206 and Route 28. There are still space availabilities that range from 4,500 to 22,000 square feet.
