Hillsborough's 250th Independence Day Celebration and Family Fun Day
- Where: Auten Road Intermediate School, 281 Auten Road, Hillsborough
- When: Saturday, June 26 from 5 to 10 p.m.
Hillsborough is 250 years old and is celebrating the township's independence day. There will be live music from The Frontiers: A Journey Tribute Band, inflatable games and attractions, food tent and ice cream trucks, and fireworks.

A free shuttle will be offered from Hillsborough High School and Hillsborough Middle School to the event beginning at 5 p.m. Rain date is Sunday, June 27.

"Summer Palooza"

The Pluckemin Presbyterian Church (PPC) will host its free, family-friendly "Summer Palooza" event on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. on the church grounds, at 279 Route 202-206, Pluckemin. The event is an outdoor carnival-like celebration for the young, and young at heart. It will feature games, music, pony rides, arts and crafts and a special guest appearance by "Big Al," the church turtle. The event is completely free of charge and open to everyone.

Free Bridges of Madison County Concert Performances
The American Theater Group proudly presents free encore concert performances of its widely successful 2019 production of The Bridges of Madison County. Featuring the original cast and live orchestra performing the Tony Award-winning score.
The concerts will be held on Friday and Saturday both at 8 p.m. at The Pleasant Valley Park Amphitheater, 3405 Valley Road, in Basking Ridge.
Guests can bring a chair or blanket and pack a picnic. There is plenty of free parking available at top of hill; then follow a short marked path to amphitheater. Handicapped parking available closer to stage. For more information visit americantheatergroup.org.
