Uncle Julio's Announces Opening Date For 1st NJ Location
The Mexican restaurant, serving made-from-scratch cuisine, in the Bridgewater Commons will be the first New Jersey location.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Uncle Julio's has announced an opening date for its first New Jersey location at the Bridgewater Commons. The new location will open on Feb. 25, 2020, a spokeswoman with Uncle Julio's said.
The Mexican restaurant had initially planned a fall opening but that has since been pushed back.
The restaurant is taking the place of McCormick & Schmick's that closed in January.

Uncle Julio's will serve made-from-scratch Mexican cuisine using fresh ingredients. There is also an interactive menu that includes watching guacamole made table-side, looking into the open kitchen to see dishes being prepared, or cracking open a Chocolate Piñata.
The restaurant will be a mix of Old World Mexican and modern industrial décor with finishes including barn wood, stone, oak and exposed brick. To-go will also be offered.
