Volunteers Wanted To Celebrate National Trails Day
The volunteer trail maintenance project at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater is scheduled for Saturday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Volunteers are invited to join Somerset County Park Commission Park Rangers to conduct trail maintenance at Duke Island Park as part of National Trails Day.
The volunteer project is scheduled for Saturday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. (rain date Monday, June 4) The public is invited to participate and will gather in the parking lot in front of the Visitor’s Center at Duke Island Park, 191 Old York Road, Bridgewater.
Due to the types of tools that will be used at the site, work gloves, and sturdy boots are recommended.
