Vote For Your Favorite Bridgewater Holiday Home

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Voting for your favorite decorated home in the Merry and Bright Bridgewater, Holiday Lights Contest begins on Saturday.

On Dec. 15 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. a free event, open to the public, will be held to kick off the voting period at the Historic Bridgewater Van Horne House, 941 East Main Street in Bridgewater with hot cocoa, cookies, crafts and stories for the kids.

Guests will get a map of the 16 houses in the competition and then can drive around town to vote.

Anyone can come, and anyone can vote anytime. Voting is done online. Voting period is Dec. 15 to Dec. 31.

The event is co-sponsored by the the Friends of Bridgewater History(FOBH), The Heritage Trail Association, and Create HeART Studio.

Prizes will be given out for the top three homes and bragging rights for the whole year.
