Winter Wonderland Drive By at Kangaroo Kids

Kangaroo Kids spreads holiday cheer and donates to children in need

An extravaganza of lights, special treats, and warm smiles greeted families at Kangaroo Kids Drive by Winter Wonderland. Instead of adorning the inside with holiday decorations the outside became this year’s Winter Wonderland, glowing with lights and many entertaining drive by stations!

Winter Wonderland certainly had a different look in this new Covid World but Kangaroo Kids still found a ways to spread holiday cheer, lift spirits and bring people together safely in a social distanced environment. Some things never change, Santa still greeted every passerby with a jolly ho ho ho thanks to Dale Leubner.

Melissa Reilly Grecco, Kangaroo Kids Kindergarten teacher managed to safely host their Giving Tree. The tree was overflowing with gifts that will be distributed to needy children from the Appalachian Community of West Virginia. This is truly a time of giving and community service, a tradition Kangaroo Kids Child Care & Learning Center holds dear. Young children can understand the importance of helping others by role modeling with significant adults in their lives, and by being included in events that give back.
