Cinnaminson Boys, Girls Basketball Teams Set For Holiday Events

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Both the Cinnaminson High School boys and girls basketball teams are set to compete in annual holiday tournaments on Friday and Saturday.

The Cinnaminson boys are one of eight teams set to compete in the Butch McLean Memorial Showcase event on Friday, Dec. 27, and Saturday, Dec. 28, at Haddon Heights. The event is a series of games between some of the top teams in South Jersey.

Cinnaminson will play in the first game of the event when it takes on Seneca at 1:45 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday, the Pirates will face Camden Catholic in the event at 1:45 p.m.

The Cinnaminson girls will compete in the Audubon Tournament on Friday, Dec. 27, and Saturday, Dec. 28, at Audubon High School.

The Pirates will face Gloucester at 11 a.m., Thursday morning, followed by a matchup between host Audubon and Maple Shade at 2 p.m.

The winners will face off in the tournament final at 2 p.m. Friday afternoon, preceded by the consolation game at 11 a.m.
