CINNAMINSON, NJ — The Cinnaminson Planning Board will discuss the township’s proposed cannabis land use ordinance when it meets Tuesday night.

On June 21, Cinnaminson Township Committee introduced a proposed ordinance to permit marijuana establishments that are licensed by the state to operate within the township.

It also introduced a proposal to tax those establishments. If the planning board finds them to be consistent with the township’s master plan, the public hearings and final votes will take place before Township Committee on July 19.
