“Today’s groundbreaking ceremony symbolizes the township’s commitment to redeveloping the site of the former Garden State Inn,” Horner said. “Although this administration has faced a number of unique challenges with this redevelopment project, my colleagues on Township Committee and our dedicated professionals worked tirelessly to bring a successful company with a proven track record to Cinnaminson Township. Coupled with the recent redevelopment of the former Acme site just down the road, the Lidl project has reinvigorated our Route 130 business corridor and brought renewed development interest to the Township. We are very pleased that Lidl will now call Cinnaminson home and are extremely happy to include them in our growing business community.”

Lidl operates more than 11,000 stores in 32 countries, employing approximately 287,000 people globally. Their mission is to offer customers the highest quality fresh produce, meat, baked goods and household products at the lowest possible prices.
