Cinnaminson Township Committee and the Cinnaminson Parks and Recreation Committee present "Cinnaminson's Got Talent: A Community Showcase."
CINNAMINSON, NJ — Tonight’s the night Cinnaminson residents get the chance to show off their talent.
Cinnaminson Township Committee and the Cinnaminson Parks and Recreation Committee present “Cinnaminson’s Got Talent: A Community Showcase,” 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wood Park.
The event is based on the NBC TV variety show that provides a platform for singers, dancers, comedians, contortionists, impressionists, magicians, ventriloquists and hopeful stars.

The event was originally scheduled for June 3, but was postponed from that date due to inclement weather.
A “Stuff the Bus” portion of the event that had been scheduled for the event will not take place, as donations were made on the previous date, township officials said.

The Parks and Recreation Department is also planning and coordinating several concerts on Thursday nights in July and August at Wood Park.
It begins July 8, with Jimmy and the Parrots, Deputy Mayor Stephanie Kravil said earlier this week. The township’s community center has also reopened, and services for senior citizens have resumed.
