Code Blue In Burlington County As More Winter Weather Expected
Burlington County will be under a Code Blue Weather Emergency for a week as more snow is in the forecast.

BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — Burlington County will be under a Code Blue Weather Emergency from 7 p.m. Tuesday until 7 a.m. Monday amid the threat of more winter storms set to strike the region.
The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for the entire state, saying possibly moderate-to-heavy snow accumulation could start as early as Wednesday night and linger through Thursday and into Friday.
The National Weather Service told Patch that at least 3 inches could arrive on Wednesday and Thursday, and then even more snow could come on Friday, but estimates were too early to predict. Read more here: NJ Weather: More NJ Snowstorms Possible After Winter Weather Hits

“Temperatures are dropping, so we’re encouraging all those in need of help to reach out,” Burlington County Commissioner Director Felicia Hopson said. “Our Code Blue sheltering program is ready, and we don’t want anyone to have to spend the night outdoors or in unsafe conditions, especially with the coronavirus still active.”
